Cinnamon Overnight Oats with Banana and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia or ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed ripe banana

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except banana in a container and set overnight in the fridge.

  2. Stir in mashed banana prior to serving and adjust spices as needed.
