Cinnamon Overnight Oats with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia or ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 mashed ripe banana
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except banana in a container and set overnight in the fridge.
Stir in mashed banana prior to serving and adjust spices as needed.
