Roti Jala Lacy Pancake
Ingredients
- 1 kg wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tin evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- yellow food coloring
- water as needed
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a container
Whisk until smooth and well mixed
Blend the mixture to ensure smoothness
Pour the batter into a Roti Jala mold or a bottle
Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes
Cook the batter on a hot griddle to form the net pattern until golden brown
Tips
Adjust the amount of water to achieve a consistency that is not too runny or too thick
Tapioca flour helps prevent the net from breaking easily
