Spiced Ginger Pear Chocolate Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 2/3 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1/2 large ripe banana
  • 1/4 pear, grated (the rest can be cut into slices or cubes and added on top)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (such as almond or hazelnut)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder or fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 250ml soya milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a ramekin.

  2. In a mixer, combine all the ingredients (except the chopped pear) and mix until smooth or a cake-like batter has formed. Taste and add more sweetness if desired, such as some dates.

  3. Pour the mixture into the greased ramekin. Add some pear on top.

  4. Bake in the oven for 22-26 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
