Crispy Vegan Potato and Cabbage Nuggets
Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes
- 200g cabbage
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 dl buckwheat flour
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds and 5 tablespoons water, mixed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Shred the cabbage and potatoes
Mix them in a bowl with garlic, buckwheat flour, seeds, paprika, salt and pepper
Form the dough into pieces and roll in breadcrumbs
Heat oil in a pan, add the nuggets and cook until crispy
