Crispy Vegan Potato and Cabbage Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 200g cabbage
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 dl buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds and 5 tablespoons water, mixed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Shred the cabbage and potatoes

  2. Mix them in a bowl with garlic, buckwheat flour, seeds, paprika, salt and pepper

  3. Form the dough into pieces and roll in breadcrumbs

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add the nuggets and cook until crispy
