Easy Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 scoops collagen
  • 1/2 teaspoon maca powder

Toppings

  • banana
  • walnuts

Preparation

  1. Mash everything together in a bowl or jar.

  2. Cover it and keep in the fridge overnight to set.

  3. In the morning, stir it around and add toppings like banana and walnuts.
