Pink Pitaya Porridge Parfait
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 banana
- 1 to 2 tbsp sweetener like coco sugar or maple syrup
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Transfer to a pot.
Cook on medium-high heat while stirring constantly.
Once it thickens, immediately remove from heat.
Stir in about 1/3 cup plant milk until creamy.
Add desired powders and toppings.
