Simple Caramel Flan

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 liter milk

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, place one can of condensed milk and add six eggs one by one until the mixture is homogeneous, then incorporate one liter of milk

  2. Caramelize the flan mold or individual molds beforehand

  3. Pour the mixture into the caramelized mold and cook in a bain-marie in a hot oven for approximately one hour

  4. Unmold once the flan is cold

  5. Serve accompanied with dulce de leche or cream

Notes

  1. Bubbles may appear if the mixture is beaten with a whisk
