Simple Lactose-Free Vanilla Flan

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 50g cornstarch
  • 500ml vanilla soy milk

Optional

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Vanilla extract or vanilla pod

Preparation

  1. Whisk the eggs with the cornstarch.

  2. Bring the milk to a boil, then gradually add it to the egg mixture and add the honey and vanilla.

  3. Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

  4. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
