Simple Lactose-Free Vanilla Flan
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 50g cornstarch
- 500ml vanilla soy milk
Optional
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Vanilla extract or vanilla pod
Preparation
Whisk the eggs with the cornstarch.
Bring the milk to a boil, then gradually add it to the egg mixture and add the honey and vanilla.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
