Chocolate Vanilla Trifle Mold

Ingredients

  • 1/2 packet vanilla pound cake, ready-made
  • 1/2 packet chocolate pound cake, ready-made
  • 1 cup grated chocolate
  • 100 grams soft cream cheese
  • 1 cup clotted cream
  • 1 cup liquid cream
  • 2 large packets caramel cream powder

Chocolate sauce

  • 1/2 cup clotted cream
  • 100 grams chocolate

Garnishes

  • Whipped cream
  • Cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Prepare a silicone or regular 9-inch square mold and line it with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang

  2. Using a serrated knife, cut the cake into medium-sized cubes and place them in the mold

  3. In a mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, clotted cream, liquid cream, caramel powder, and caramel sauce, then mix with the whisk attachment on medium speed until creamy and smooth

  4. For the chocolate sauce, in a thick-bottomed saucepan, heat clotted cream over medium heat, add chocolate, and stir until melted and smooth

  5. Spread the chocolate sauce over the cake cubes in the mold and then spread the cream cheese mixture over it

  6. Cover the trifle with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours until fully set

  7. Remove from the refrigerator, invert onto a serving plate, and remove the plastic wrap

  8. Garnish with whipped cream and cocoa powder, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve immediately
