Traditional Brazilian Cheese Bread Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups tapioca starch
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 150 g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180Β°C for 20 minutes and grease a round bundt pan with oil
Blend the eggs, milk, and oil in a blender
In a bowl, gradually mix the tapioca starch, cheese, and the blender mixture
Add the baking powder last and stir gently for a few seconds
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes
