Traditional Brazilian Cheese Bread Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups tapioca starch
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C for 20 minutes and grease a round bundt pan with oil

  2. Blend the eggs, milk, and oil in a blender

  3. In a bowl, gradually mix the tapioca starch, cheese, and the blender mixture

  4. Add the baking powder last and stir gently for a few seconds

  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes
