Greek Grilled Souvlaki Skewers

Ingredients

  • Meat
  • Rosemary
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the meat into thick slices and then into uniform cubes, and assemble the skewers with at least 5 pieces of meat each.

  2. Prepare the marinade by mixing rosemary, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil in a large dish, then place the skewers in it and let them marinate for 30 to 60 minutes, turning them occasionally.

  3. Cook the skewers on a hot cast iron griddle for about 20 minutes, turning them on all sides until they are done, and serve the souvlaki hot.
