Steamed Pandan Egg Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 240ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • Pandan paste (optional, made from blended pandan leaves and coconut milk)

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until smooth.

  2. Add salt, coconut milk, and pandan paste. Stir until even.

  3. Add flour and stir until smooth.

  4. Strain the mixture and steam for 35 minutes.

Tips

  1. Line the baking pan with transparent plastic for easy removal after cooking.
