Italian Pasta Bolognese with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 package bow-tie pasta
- Cooking oil: as needed
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon dried olive powder
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 200 grams ground meat
- 200 grams ham, diced
- 120 grams mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- Black pepper: as needed
- 1 cup stock
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
Sauté diced onion, carrot, celery, and garlic until softened
Add ground meat and ham, cook until browned
Stir in diced tomatoes, mushrooms, ginger powder, dried olive powder, rosemary, ketchup, lemon juice, black pepper, and stock
Simmer the sauce for 20-30 minutes until thickened
Meanwhile, cook bow-tie pasta according to package instructions
Combine pasta with the sauce and serve hot
