Easy Baklava Without Rolling Pin
Ingredients
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3 cups water
- Thin slice of lemon
Syrup
- 3 cups powdered sugar

Dough
- 1 egg
- 1 tea cup yogurt
- 1 tea cup vegetable oil
- Half packet baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Half tea cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon grape vinegar
- 2.5 cups flour
For opening dough
- Cornstarch

- Walnuts
Preparation
Prepare the syrup by combining sugar, water, and lemon slice in a pot, bring to a boil, and let it cool completely
Mix all dough ingredients together to form a soft dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes
Divide the dough into small pieces and shape them without using a rolling pin, dusting with cornstarch to prevent sticking
Fill each shaped dough piece with crushed walnuts
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown
Once baked, pour the cooled syrup over the hot dessert and let it absorb
