Moroccan Cocoa and Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup warm coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 packets sifted flour
  • 15 grams baking powder

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine 3 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup oil, then blend the mixture

  2. Add 1 cup warm coffee and blend well

  3. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 2 packets sifted flour, and 15 grams baking powder

  4. Add the blended mixture to the dry ingredients and stir to combine

  5. Pour the batter into a mold greased with butter and dusted with flour

  6. Bake in an oven at 180°C for 30 minutes

  7. Once baked, decorate as desired and serve
