Moroccan Cocoa and Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup warm coffee
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 packets sifted flour
- 15 grams baking powder
Preparation
In a blender, combine 3 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup oil, then blend the mixture
Add 1 cup warm coffee and blend well
In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 2 packets sifted flour, and 15 grams baking powder
Add the blended mixture to the dry ingredients and stir to combine
Pour the batter into a mold greased with butter and dusted with flour
Bake in an oven at 180°C for 30 minutes
Once baked, decorate as desired and serve
