Barbecue-Style Oven Baked Chicken with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 700g chicken (used 4 pieces of shank)
- 8 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large potato
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 green peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- Bryfoods vegetable seasoning
- Bryfoods chicken spice
- Hot pepper powder
Preparation
Chop the vegetables into cubes and mix them with vegetable seasoning, hot pepper powder, and 3-4 tablespoons of oil, then place in a baking dish.
Chop the chicken into cubes, mix with chicken spice and 3-4 tablespoons of oil, and add on top of the vegetables.
Lightly mix everything, cover with wetted parchment paper, and bake in the oven. After it has cooked a bit, remove the paper, stir lightly, and continue baking until golden.
