Barbecue-Style Oven Baked Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 700g chicken (used 4 pieces of shank)
  • 8 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 green peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Bryfoods vegetable seasoning
  • Bryfoods chicken spice
  • Hot pepper powder

Preparation

  1. Chop the vegetables into cubes and mix them with vegetable seasoning, hot pepper powder, and 3-4 tablespoons of oil, then place in a baking dish.

  2. Chop the chicken into cubes, mix with chicken spice and 3-4 tablespoons of oil, and add on top of the vegetables.

  3. Lightly mix everything, cover with wetted parchment paper, and bake in the oven. After it has cooked a bit, remove the paper, stir lightly, and continue baking until golden.
