Brazilian Soft Husband-Catching Cake
Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons margarine
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C)
Grease and flour a baking pan
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
Pour the batter into the prepared pan
Bake until golden
Notes
This cake has a bakery-style pudding consistency and is very tasty
This cake does not use baking powder
