Viral Three-Ingredient Steamed Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sugar, blended fine
- 3 grade B eggs
- 1 teaspoon rose essence
Preparation
Mix eggs with sugar until white and fluffy.
Add rose essence and mix briefly, then stop.
Add flour little by little while folding with the mixer until all is incorporated.
Grease the mold with oil or margarine.
Divide the batter into 2-3 portions and color as desired.
Ensure the steaming water is boiling, then steam for 20 minutes on medium-high heat.
