Brazilian Cassava Cake with Condensed Milk
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 kg cassava (manioc)
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 carton cream of milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
Grate the raw cassava
Set aside the grated cassava in a bowl with the shredded coconut
In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
Pour the blended mixture over the cassava and coconut and mix well
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β°F (180Β°C) for about 1 hour or until golden brown
Remove from oven, let cool, and unmold
