Brazilian Cassava Cake with Condensed Milk

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 kg cassava (manioc)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 carton cream of milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Grate the raw cassava

  2. Set aside the grated cassava in a bowl with the shredded coconut

  3. In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth

  4. Pour the blended mixture over the cassava and coconut and mix well

  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β°F (180Β°C) for about 1 hour or until golden brown

  7. Remove from oven, let cool, and unmold
