Very Delicious Brazilian Cheese Bread Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sweet cassava starch (600 grams)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup (not too full) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (the bagged kind)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Grease and flour a baking pan.

  2. Place eggs, vegetable oil, milk, sweet cassava starch, grated parmesan cheese, and salt in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes.

  3. Stop the blender, add baking powder, and blend briefly until just combined.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
