Very Delicious Brazilian Cheese Bread Cake
Ingredients
- 3 cups sweet cassava starch (600 grams)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup (not too full) vegetable oil
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (the bagged kind)
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Grease and flour a baking pan.
Place eggs, vegetable oil, milk, sweet cassava starch, grated parmesan cheese, and salt in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes.
Stop the blender, add baking powder, and blend briefly until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
