Stuffed Tofu with Fish and Shrimp

Ingredients

  • Tofu
  • 100g snapper fish
  • 100g shrimp
  • 100g sago or tapioca
  • 100ml cold water
  • 1 green onion stalk
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Ground spices

  • 2 shallots
  • 3 garlic cloves

Preparation

  1. Mix the fish, shrimp, and green onion with the ground spices, salt, sugar, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Add the sago and cold water, then stir until evenly mixed.

  3. Score the inside of the tofu pieces and stuff them with the mixture.

  4. Steam the stuffed tofu until fully cooked.
