Chia Seeds Breakfast Bowl with Fruits and Granola
Ingredients
- 3 tsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 cup Soy milk
- 2 tsp Oats
- 2 tsp Maple syrup or Raw agave
- 1 tsp Rosewater
- 1/2 tsp Blue matcha
- 1/2 tsp Matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp Spirulina
- Handful of Granola
- Coconut yogurt
- Fresh fruits of your choice
- Crunchy Vanilla and Almond Macaroons (optional)
Preparation
Mix chia seeds and oats in soy and almond milk, add raw agave and rose water, and stir continuously until it becomes fluffy in texture.
When fluffy enough, separate into three portions. Add matcha powder and spirulina to one portion and mix well. Add blue matcha to another portion and mix well.
Layer the mixture as described, adding homemade granola and fresh fruits layer by layer until complete, and enjoy the breakfast.
