Easy 10 Minute Paleo Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition vanilla collagen
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana for topping
  • Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chips
  • Woodstock Foods cashew butter

Preparation

  1. Heat 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk over medium heat.

  2. Wait for it to get warm.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal, 2 egg whites, 1/2 mashed banana, 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition vanilla collagen, 1 teaspoon coconut sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

  4. Stir it all together and let it cook for about 5-6 minutes.

  5. Top with the other half of the banana, Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chips, and Woodstock Foods cashew butter.
