Easy 10 Minute Paleo Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition vanilla collagen
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 banana for topping
- Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chips
- Woodstock Foods cashew butter
Preparation
Heat 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk over medium heat.
Wait for it to get warm.
Add 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal, 2 egg whites, 1/2 mashed banana, 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition vanilla collagen, 1 teaspoon coconut sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Stir it all together and let it cook for about 5-6 minutes.
Top with the other half of the banana, Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chips, and Woodstock Foods cashew butter.
