Easy Lime PavΓͺ Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cans of heavy cream
  • Juice of 3 limes (pure, without water)
  • 300 grams of champagne biscuits

Preparation

  1. Place the condensed milk and heavy creams in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes.

  2. With the blender still running, add the lime juice and blend for another 4 minutes.

  3. In a glass dish, dip the biscuits one by one in milk and make a layer, being careful not to over-soak.

  4. Pour half of the lime mousse over the biscuits.

  5. Add another layer of dipped biscuits.

  6. Cover with the remaining lime mousse.

  7. Finish with lime zest and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Tips

  1. You can use cornstarch biscuits instead of champagne biscuits for a similar result.
