Quinoa Fruit and Nut Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 c quinoa
- 1/4 c toasted almonds
- 3 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 lemon zested
- 4 strawberries sliced
- 2 tbsp syrup
- 14 blueberries
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Rinse the quinoa and cook it in water according to package instructions until tender.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa with toasted almonds, coconut cream, lemon zest, sliced strawberries, blueberries, syrup, cardamom, and cinnamon.
Mix well and serve immediately.
