Smooth and Consistent Ninho Milk Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can cream
- 200g powdered milk (Ninho type)
- 30g emulsifier
Preparation
Place all ingredients in the blender.
Beat for 2 minutes on low speed to mix well.
Then, increase to high speed and continue beating until desired consistency is reached.
Tips
The more you beat it, the firmer and airier the frosting will become. Ideal for covering cakes and great for filling jar cakes.
