Toasted Eggy Mayo Bun
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Light mayonnaise
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- 1 brioche hotdog bun
Preparation
Boil the eggs for 8 minutes.
Peel and mash the eggs, then mix with mayonnaise, sea salt, and black pepper to make the egg mayo filling.
Toast the brioche hotdog bun in the oven for 5 minutes.
Fill the toasted bun with the egg mayo mixture and serve.
