Easy Salmon and Zoodle Healthy Lunch

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning
  • zoodles
  • ghee
  • mushrooms
  • feta cheese
  • tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado

Preparation

  1. Coat salmon with Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning.

  2. Cook salmon over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.

  3. Cook zoodles in ghee.

  4. Combine cooked salmon and zoodles with mushrooms, feta cheese, tomatoes, and 1/2 avocado.
