Easy Salmon and Zoodle Healthy Lunch
Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon
- Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning
- zoodles
- ghee
- mushrooms
- feta cheese
- tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Coat salmon with Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning.
Cook salmon over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
Cook zoodles in ghee.
Combine cooked salmon and zoodles with mushrooms, feta cheese, tomatoes, and 1/2 avocado.
