Basic Savoury Tofu and Vegetable Scramble
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 1/2 zucchini (grated)
- a handful of cherry tomatoes (halved)
- firm tofu (as desired)
- 1 tblsp hemp seeds
- smoked paprika
- cumin
- pepper
- nutritional yeast
- a few splashes of water
Preparation
Throw the fennel seeds and vegetables in a pan to cook.
Crumble the tofu into the pan.
Add the spices and nutritional yeast.
Cook until cooked, adding splashes of water to prevent sticking and mix in the spices.
