Cardamom Oats with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup almond milk
Toppings
- golden berries
- blackberries
- pepitas
- peanut butter
- a square of chocolate
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Allow to cook for about 3-5 minutes then remove from the stove top.
Serve along with fruits as desired.
