Homemade Potato Rolls for Snacks and Parties

Ingredients

  • 1 kg all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 medium cooked potatoes
  • 30g fresh yeast
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F)

  2. Blend all ingredients except the flour in a blender

  3. In a large bowl, pour the flour and gradually add the blended mixture

  4. Knead the mixture well until it reaches bread consistency

  5. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden
