Orange Lemon Sponge Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- zest of 1 orange
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1/2 orange
- juice of 1/4 lemon
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
Preparation
Beat the eggs and sugar together.
Add the liquid ingredients.
Finally, sift in the flour, baking powder, and vanilla and add them.
Grease the baking pan.
Pour the cake mixture into the pan.
Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees Celsius without preheating, using the turbo function.
