Easiest and Most Delicious Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp gluten free flour
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar (or pure cane sugar)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- dash of vanilla extract
- 1 Hu Kitchen crunchy mint dark chocolate square
Preparation
Crush one Hu Kitchen crunchy mint dark chocolate square and fold it into the mix with all other ingredients.
Mix everything together in a mug.
Microwave the mug for 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave and place another Hu Kitchen crunchy mint dark chocolate square on top.
Enjoy your perfect mini thin mint cake.
