Easiest and Most Delicious Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp gluten free flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar (or pure cane sugar)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • 1 Hu Kitchen crunchy mint dark chocolate square

Preparation

  1. Crush one Hu Kitchen crunchy mint dark chocolate square and fold it into the mix with all other ingredients.

  2. Mix everything together in a mug.

  3. Microwave the mug for 2 minutes.

  4. Remove from microwave and place another Hu Kitchen crunchy mint dark chocolate square on top.

  5. Enjoy your perfect mini thin mint cake.
