Fluffy Pandan Coconut Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon ovalette
  • 4 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1 cup sugar (reduce if less sweetness desired)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 box (200ml) Kara coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Mix the starred ingredients until very fluffy.

  2. Add the sifted flour and baking powder, mix until combined using a spoon.

  3. Add the coconut milk and mix until well incorporated.

  4. Add color, flavor, and pattern as desired.

  5. Bake at 160°C with top and bottom heat for 45 minutes or until done, adjusting for your specific oven.
