Black Goji Berry Oatmeal and Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp raw agave
- 1 tsp black goji berry powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups soy milk
Preparation
Soak all ingredients with oats in a bowl and soak chia seeds separately over night
Mix oats and chia seeds together in a serving bowl and top with fruits and peanut butter
