Chia Blueberry Oats with Pink Magic Dust
Ingredients
- 2.5 dl vegan milk (for example soy or oat)
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings
- Apple sauce
- Blueberries
- Peanut butter
- Hemp hearts
- Pink pitaya powder (I recommend @unicornsuperfoods)
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
Simmer the vegan milk, rolled oats, and chia seeds in a pot on medium heat for a few minutes until creamy.
Top your chia oats with apple sauce, blueberries, peanut butter, hemp hearts, pink pitaya powder, and sesame seeds.
