Chia Blueberry Oats with Pink Magic Dust

Ingredients

  • 2.5 dl vegan milk (for example soy or oat)
  • 1 dl rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings

  • Apple sauce
  • Blueberries
  • Peanut butter
  • Hemp hearts
  • Pink pitaya powder (I recommend @unicornsuperfoods)
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Simmer the vegan milk, rolled oats, and chia seeds in a pot on medium heat for a few minutes until creamy.

  2. Top your chia oats with apple sauce, blueberries, peanut butter, hemp hearts, pink pitaya powder, and sesame seeds.
