Healthy Porridge with Banana, Apple, and Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 bananas
- 1 big apple
- 5 dried dates
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Preparation
Cook the porridge in twice the amount of boiling water for about 5 minutes.
Dice the fruit into bite-size pieces while waiting.
Take it off the heat, mix in all ingredients, and drizzle with peanut butter.
