Healthy Porridge with Banana, Apple, and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 big apple
  • 5 dried dates
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Cook the porridge in twice the amount of boiling water for about 5 minutes.

  2. Dice the fruit into bite-size pieces while waiting.

  3. Take it off the heat, mix in all ingredients, and drizzle with peanut butter.
