Easy Vanilla Oatmeal Breakfast with Fresh Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring to prevent sticking.
Once thickened to desired consistency, remove from heat and serve immediately.
Top with peanut butter, raspberries, blackberries, mango, banana, almonds, and pumpkin seeds.
