Easy Chocolate Cream Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 120 grams bitter chocolate
- Half pack cream
Preparation
Mix milk, flour, and sugar until no lumps remain and bring to heat on the stove
Cook on medium heat, or slightly lower, until it boils and thickens
Remove from heat and immediately add chocolate, stirring until it melts
Wait 5 to 6 minutes, then add cream and whisk until combined
Pour into serving cups and chill in the refrigerator until set
Tips
Cook on a lower heat to avoid any flour taste
Prepare the pudding the night before for best results
