Easy and Quick Vegetable Salad with Chicken
Ingredients
- Lettuce
- Carrot
- Bell pepper
- Corn
- Cabbage
- Chicken strips
- French sauce
Sauce
- 2 yogurts
- Squeeze of lemon
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 5 tablespoons ranch
- Pinch of salt and Italian spices
- Crushed garlic
Preparation
Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients until well combined.
Prepare the chicken strips by cooking if necessary until fully done.
Combine the chopped vegetables and chicken strips in a large salad bowl.
Drizzle the sauce over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Add French sauce if desired and serve immediately.
