Egg and Mayo Baguette
Ingredients
- Part-baked baguette
- 2 eggs
- Light mayonnaise
- Sea salt and black pepper
- Onion crispies
Preparation
Cook the part-baked baguette in an air fryer until golden and crisp.
Boil the eggs for 8 minutes in boiling water, then cool, peel, and mash.
Mix the mashed eggs with light mayonnaise to form a smooth mixture.
Season the egg mixture with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Stir in the onion crispies for added crunch.
Stuff the egg mixture into the cooked baguette and serve immediately.
Optional additions
Include lambs lettuce and ruby chard for extra greens and freshness.
Add cheddar and caramelised onion crunchlets for additional flavor and texture.
