Steamed Tofu with Shrimp
Ingredients
- Japanese tofu, cut
- Peeled and chopped shrimp
- Cornstarch
- Sesame oil
- Grated ginger
- Grated garlic
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the tofu and stir well.
Take a little of the mixture and place it on top of the tofu.
Arrange in a heat-resistant container.
Add a little water.
Steam until cooked.
