Vegan Chickpea Flour Crepes with Veggie Filling
Ingredients
- 100g sifted chickpea flour
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- pinch of salt
- pinch of garlic powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1/2 cup water
Sweet additions
- cinnamon
- date sugar
Filling
- chopped vegetables
- homemade tomato sauce
Preparation
Mix the chickpea flour, ground flaxseed, salt, and garlic powder together.
Add the soy milk and water to the dry mixture to form a batter.
Spread the batter on a heated pan or surface to cook the crêpes.
For sweet crêpes, incorporate cinnamon and date sugar into the batter before cooking.
Fill the cooked crêpes with chopped vegetables and homemade tomato sauce.
