Recovery Bliss Balls with Turmeric and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 200g oats
  • 100g pumpkin seeds
  • 150g Medjool dates
  • 4 tbsp Fruit Syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Cardamom Turmeric Latte powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Process the oats, pumpkin seeds, and dates in a food processor until broken down into small pieces.

  2. Mix in the Turmeric latte powder.

  3. Add the Fruit Syrup, salt, and coconut oil, and mix for 30 seconds or until combined.

  4. Scoop out heaped tablespoons of the mixture and press into ball shapes with your hands.

  5. Store in an airtight container for about a week or freeze until needed. Makes about 20.
