Warm Pumpkin Oats Breakfast with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (I used @rightfoods chia crunch oatmeal packet)
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp maple syrup or molasses
- 1/2 of a banana (mashed)
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- a pinch of salt
Toppings
- extra banana
- blueberries
- peanut butter
- granola
- persimmon
Preparation
Cook all ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat until it thickens.
Serve topped with extra banana, blueberries, peanut butter, granola, and persimmon.
