Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spiced French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 3 slices of gluten free bread

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg, pumpkin, milk, sugar and pumpkin spice together until combined.

  2. Add the slices of bread to the egg mixture and let each side absorb the liquid.

  3. Add a Tbsp of butter to a hot frying pan and cook each side for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Serve with fruit and maple syrup.
