Savory Sweet Potato and Beef Rollade

Ingredients

  • 12 beef rollades
  • 250 grams potatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 300 ml water or broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Bouillon powder to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Fry the potatoes and beef rollade until cooked. Fry the rollade briefly to avoid it becoming too dry.

  2. Sauté the onion until fragrant and golden brown, add the garlic and stir until the garlic is cooked. Pour in the water and stir well. Add the sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the cornstarch mixture and stir until thick and even.

  3. Add the potatoes and beef rollade and stir well. Then add the nutmeg powder, bouillon powder, and salt. Adjust the taste.

  4. Cook until the sauce is absorbed.

  5. Remove from heat and serve.
