Bowl of Maca Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 mashed ripe banana
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp flaxmeal
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Stir together all dry ingredients together in a sauce pan

  2. Add in mashed banana, syrup and milk then give a quick stir

  3. Place on stove top and bring up to medium heat and cook while stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until desired consistency is reached

  4. Pull of stove and serve with extra fruit
