Bowl of Maca Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 mashed ripe banana
- 1 tsp maca
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp flaxmeal
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Stir together all dry ingredients together in a sauce pan
Add in mashed banana, syrup and milk then give a quick stir
Place on stove top and bring up to medium heat and cook while stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until desired consistency is reached
Pull of stove and serve with extra fruit
