Homemade Granola Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups raw nuts and seeds (such as cashew, pecans, shredded almonds, sunflower seeds)
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 1 tsp fine-grain sea salt
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried raisins
  • Fresh fruit for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine the oats, nuts, seeds, and salt in a large bowl and stir until they are completely blended.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place heaps of granola on it.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring and shaking the granola between intervals to distribute the heat.

  6. Take the granola mix out once it turns crispy and golden.

  7. Set it out to cool and then serve it with cool yogurt and fresh fruit.
