Matcha Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- matcha overnight oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tsp matcha
- 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Add everything except banana to a container
Mix together and let set in the fridge over night
Prior to serving add in banana and mix to evenly incorporate
If you need to adjust consistency, feel free to add in a splash of milk till you hit your desired consistency level
